FAYKHANUR Technologies receives IT Park Uzbekistan residency

FAYKHANUR Technologies has officially received residency status at IT Park Uzbekistan — a state technology park uniting over 3,400 companies in the field of information technology, including more than 970 companies with foreign participation. What residency status provides

IT Park Uzbekistan residents are fully exempt from all types of taxes on business income, with the exception of contributions to state targeted funds. This covers corporate income tax, property tax for up to 10 years, and VAT for operations within Uzbekistan. By comparison, non-residents pay corporate tax of 4–15%, social tax of 12%, and income tax of 12%. For residents, social tax is 0%, income tax is 7.5%, and there is no VAT on imported services.

Residency status also ensures free financial circulation: no currency controls and the ability to open accounts in foreign banks, which significantly simplifies international business operations.

The company gains the right to hire foreign specialists without obtaining work permits, and to pay their salaries in foreign currency to international payment cards.

Additionally, residents have access to reimbursement of up to 50% of employee training and professional development costs, free access to Coursera courses, export mentoring, and partial coverage of expenses for participation in international exhibitions and seminars. Tax and customs benefits for IT Park residents have been extended until 2040 in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
